Get ready for the experience of a lifetime at the Walt Disney World Speedway! Your hands are on the wheel, your foot is on the gas, and you're in the driver's seat for 8 laps around the speedway in a V-8 professional race car that roars with 600 horsepower.
Before finding out what it's like to be a real racecar diver, meet our helpful and experienced staff. Watch a short video about racing as you receive safety and instruction training. Then, get your photo taken next to your stock car.
Before speeding around the track, you must attend our Mandatory Driver's Meeting. Remember, there is no contact with your instructor once your driving experience begins so be sure to ask all questions before getting behind the wheel.
Then, hear the four most famous words in Motorsports, "Gentlemen Start Your Engines!" See how fast you can really go and experience the track like a racecar driver - it's a once in a lifetime experience!
Take your 8 laps to victory before experiencing our closing ceremonies, where you'll receive a Graduation Pack, including a detailed lap-time sheet, showing each lap driven, and an official Graduation Certificate with your name, the date and the estimated top goal speed reached.
You must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license and be able to drive a manual (stick shift) transmission vehicle to book this experience.

What types of cars are used?
NASCAR Nextel Cup style stock cars. Body styles used are Dodge Intrepid, Chevy Monte Carlo, Ford Taurus and Pontiac Grand Prix.
What is provided and what do I need to bring?
All participants are provided a regulation helmet and neck guard. Participants of the driving programs will also be issued a drivers suit and will need to wear socks, closed-toe shoes and clothes that will be comfortable under a driver’s suit.
Are there weight or height restrictions?
Not exactly. The cars do not have doors, so participants must have the ability to climb through a 15" high by 30" (38 cm x 76 cm) wide window that sits 36" (91.5 cm) from the ground. As a general rule, people who are less than 6' 8" (203 cm) and 280 pounds (127 kg) can participate. However, these numbers can vary up or down according to an individual's flexibility and weight distribution.
What happens if I wreck the car?
We inspect each car prior to running every day and makes sure each student understands what they are doing before they climb in the car, so accidents are almost nonexistent. However, in the event of an incident, every participant must sign a liability waiver before participating.
