All Orlando Tours was founded in 1999 on the belief that you shouldn't have to spend a lot of money to have a great experience in Orlando.

This is more than a slogan for us - it's our company policy!

We are committed to having the lowest price for tours & activities in Orlando. If you find a lower price for the same tour or activity offered by the same operator within 72 hours of booking, send us the details and we'll refund the price difference. No exceptions, no questions asked!

Second, we also protect you against arriving at a destination and finding the same tour or activity offered at a lower price from our operator. If you do happen to find a lower price direct from our operator, simply send us the details and we'll refund the price difference. It's that easy.

How To Claim A Refund

Follow these easy steps to claim a refund if you happen to find a lower price for any tour or activity booked with us. The following conditions apply:

• Remember to make a copy, print out or screen shot of the lower rate, in case a our customer service team has questions.
• Our Low-Price Guarantee is available to any customer who makes a minimum purchase of $20 on the All Orlando Tours website. Please note that, for some last-minute bookings made by telephone, we charge a one-time $10 service fee. This fee is not included in the low-price guarantee and will not be considered when calculating price differences.
• To submit a refund request, send an email to support@thereservationcenter.com with your full name, order number, and your home address, plus proof (receipt, price list, flyer, web address or web screen shot, etc.) of the lower price. Or mail your request to:
