All children wishing to swim must be accompanied in the water by parent or guardian at all times. Manatee season is from October to March. Although there are some Manatees that live in the Crystal River year round, contact with Manatees from April to September is not guaranteed.

The tour guide was hilarious and made the time fly. The boart captain (Darlene) was the only reason we were able to encounter any manatees. She was great.

We all loved it as there was a good balance of activities for the whole family. It was professional and well organised . We had sufficent time to spend swimming with the manatees. The trip to the national park ( zoo)also gave us an insight into the local animals especially if one is on a tight schedule.It was a good venue to have lunch . The air ride experience was also fantastic as we had the opportunity to explore some of the wetlands. The staff were humorous and very helpful. The meals were also of a good standard. It was good value for money and would appeal to all age groups. i would definately reccomend it.Please dont change any of it.

The tour guides were amazing. I would have liked to see more time spent with the manatees. We only had 10 minutes once we found them. My girls were lucky to have anytime with them as all the adults scared them off and they were not able to keep up but our wonderful caption helped so the girls got to see them. I loved the picnic at the wildlife reserve it was nice to have that break. Even though the airboat ride was fun and the tour company
was great I would have preferred more time with the manatees. The bus ride was great as we passed our time
watching a movie. I will come back and do this tour again. The pictures on your website is a great touch
and I would like to see a video made of our adventure with the manatees but understand that not time of the
season can you take it due to rive conditions.

Totally the best day of our holiday. The manatee experience was awesome and the airboat ride was great fun. Our tour guide, Jason, was entertaining and kept the pace going. I will definitely be recommending this to friends. Many thanks for a brilliant day.

Tour currier was excellent. The only problem was when our boat hit a rock and started taking on water. This shortened our ride, which was perhaps better than swimming with the alligators
Perhaps you could consider a refund.

We loved the tour. However, the manatee swim had too many tour boats. (3 with 15 people on each) When we did have an encounter with a manatee 45 people swam over to get a look and touch. Way too crowded. Make sure you take some cash with you for the wet suites. Loved the animal reserve and the air boat ride. Good breakfast at the Sizzler and good sack lunch. Nice tour bus too. Good guides.

Very good & entertaining tour leader.
Facilities for changing clothes a bit basic! Good length of time in the water, never used a snorkel or mask before, a bit more instruction once we had them to put on would have been beneficial. Lunch pack and wander around the wildlife park was good,
The air boat trip was excellent too. Well worth going on the whole trip.
Thought Sizzler breakfast start was good too. Good safe driver and as previously said good tour guide. Enjoyed the films on the coach too.

We were lucky to see many manatees and swim with them in crystal clear water for about an hour. I would recommend to also swim upstream up the little creek to the pool with the spring. There we saw many manatees coming downstream. This definitely was the highlight of the tour. The tour guides were very friendly and competent. The air boat ride was quite nice, as was the visit in the wildlife sanctuary. The lunch package was good and enough.

The whole day was enjoyable. The driver & tour guides were very professional. Only problem we had was too many people and boats at the area where manatees were viewed. Would have been great to have more time & space with them. People on trip who did not speak English completely ignored rules regarding animals, which was very frustrating!! Maybe some translation info should be available.
